Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, Next-Day Delivery, International Shipping, Local Pickup, Free Shipping etc.

Shipping Times

• Domestic Orders: Please allow 7 business days for domestic orders to be shipped.
• International Orders: Please allow 14 to 21 business days for international orders to be shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.  

 

International Shipping

• Import Duties and Taxes: International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
• Customs Clearance: Customs clearance procedures may cause delays in delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.  

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it upon receipt for a refund.
